Things beyond my control have anchored me here in Toronto for Ramadan 2012. InshAllah this year, I’ll continue visiting different Masjids in the Greater Toronto Area and sharing their histories and the people who made history.
But if that’s all that happened, we’d pretty much be simply repeating what we did last year, eh? So, during the first weekend of Ramadan 2012, we’ll begin sharing two or three new ideas without leaving behind what worked well last year.

You need to come see the beautiful new masjid that has been built in Oshawa. It is a new home to one of the oldest Islamic Centers in all of Canada.
Make sure you go to Al Huda

They have a new menu every Saturday. It has the highest level of unity you will find.

You mightwant to visit Masjid al-Ansar in Brampton. Its s huge masjid and they host iftaars on weekends. The masjid is in the centre of a neighborhood, so al ot of people walk to the masjid for iftar and tarwih.
